Orders & Products
Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our collection, choose your size, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase securely.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it before it ships.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes. Some pieces are restocked depending on demand. You can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or follow us on Instagram @klturest for updates.
Q: Are your products true to size?
Most of our pieces are true to size, but we recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page for the best fit. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Australia and offer international shipping to selected countries.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Please note that shipping delivery times are calculated at checkout
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Q: How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, email us at hello@repkulture.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, if the size or color you need is available, we’ll happily exchange it once your return is received.
Q: Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed.
Q: Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure checkout technology to protect your personal and payment information.
Product Care
Q: How should I care for my Kulturest pieces?
Most items are best cared for by cold hand wash or gentle machine wash, air drying in shade, and avoiding harsh detergents.
